The Kinnel's are a social bunch. They love their family & friends and enjoy every minute together. With a luxurious Outdoor Environment, they have a new Dream with all the amenities for outdoor fun in any season; warm weather, joy with swimming and water sports, with a "basketball court" of a pool. But, then, when the game is on, they don't miss a minute with outdoor televisions scattered across the entire scene, covered by patio extensions and outdoor structures, including not one but two outdoor grills, a refrigerator, and a pool house with an outdoor shower. For those nights when the weather turns to chill, this complete design doesn't slow down. A linear edge firepit and heated spa keep the fun going all night long with custom LED lighting and fire bowl features. Custom decking and landscaping complete the scene, and along with the build is a unique "therapy pool" for Dad to relax after his workout routine.
