This project, commissioned just ahead of the pandemic, caused a whole new level of contactless teamwork to emerge. In addition, common technical challenges working with permit & engineering authorities added complexity to a commercial program that always requires an A-game.

Unique "Modern" Design for The Moderne in Fort Worth
Match the vision of Modern. Strong, solid lines match up with the adjacent building for a striking look. Bold monochromatic color choices with gray trim compliment the mystique of the vision. Subtle turquoise pool tile delivers a small but natural connective tissue between the hard edges and the warmth of the light blue pool plaster as the water line comes into view.
